Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Native American Child Custody

I am a Goshute living in PA. I was married to a white woman and has two girls. Both of my daughters are enrolled tribal members of the Confederated Tribe of the Goshute Indian Reservation. My ex wife and I have a standing child custody agreement through the court system in Monroe County, Stroudsburg PA. I would like to modify the custody agreement. Is there any resources advailable to help me retain a attorney and fight for better visitation right?

The place to start is the local bar association or if there isn't one you can contact the lawyer referral number of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
