Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I needed to serve a PFA on my husband for me and my son. Terrible I know... I went into my son's school sat down with the Guidance Counselor, and the SRO there. When my son got there he was upset of course. The SRO took him outside the office without me, and Told my son he "could still speak and text his dad, as long as he did it on someone elses phone". That is NOT what a PFA is for, nor is it the SRO's responsibility to give any advice to my son, without me being present". I'm furious...any recourse??

John Davidson Law Office of John A. Davidson

1) PFAs are served by the sheriff's department

2) Your recourse is to complain to the SRO's police department. He's just told your child how to get his dad in trouble. Because dad will be in trouble for violating the PFA.

Hope the SRO has another job skill.
