Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i have had my nephew living with me for the past 6 and a half years what are the chances of getting the parents getting him back the judge gave me him when he was 6 months old i have all the mothers rights and the father has only supervised visitation left

Clearly you have standing. The question is what has happened recently to give the court a reason to change the current custody order? Does mom or dad have any reason to change the custody order?

Without knowing that it would be hard to say what a court would do.
