Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a no-fault divorce agreement. There are two children. There was no child support supplied. I've taken care of them for 12 years now. Can I go back and get child support now? Also since the children are of age, if they go and live with the other party can they get child support from me?

Unless there was a property settlement agreement that included a count for child support you can only get child support retroactive to the date that you file a support complaint.Child support is available to the primary physical cusodian based upon each party's respective incomes.
