Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i had given Non legal guardianship to my ex babysitter previously and since i have revoked their rights they are now taking me to court for custody of him. what are the chances of the judge actually giving them custody?

In Pennsylvania, custody disputes are decided according to the "best interests of the child." The judge must make a full inquiry into all of the available evidence, and based on such evidence, decide what is in the child's best interest. A third party, such as your former babysitter, certainly can be given custody of the child, if it were the best interests. The best advice one could give would be to seek an attorney immediately.
