Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Need to obtain a certified copy of a clarifying order with proper award language before any military garnishments from my ex's retirement...where would I get that...from judge that signed the divorce decree...divorce was 25 years ago

The prothonotary keeps those. Though it might take them some time. I'm sure dockets over 25 years old are in storage.
