ONline posting of infant's pic

Is there any law tht prohibits others from posting a picture of my son online. An estranged family member has posted a picture of my son on a prize website for monetary gain. I did not give consent and the picture that was posted was given by me to another family member. What legal action do I have in getting an enforced removal besides contacting the website?
