Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

opposite sex parent/child room sharing

I'm a single mother with a 13mth old son and I've been told that there is a law about an age limit at which a child of opposite sex should no longer share a room with their parent? Is there such a law or just a 'suggested' age? Especially if the shared room is of decent size and the child has their own bed

I don't know who told you that but there isn't such a law. As a practical matter there will come a time you'll want him to have his on room. However the legislature hasn't said when that has to be.
