Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have an order for full legal & physical custody. The father was deported & continues to file petition after petition. What can I do to stop his excessive filing & me having to go to court almost every month?

You need to file for an order of protection that will require him to get the court's permission to file again.
