Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I owned my home before marriage and have not put her name on anything, I pay the full mortgage, which is in my name. The marriage is less than a year and I have had a lot of trouble with her trying to control my life. I want out of this bad marriage, but she threatens to call the police and claim I have threatened her ( ! ) Is there any way I can get her and her 10 year old son out of my house. I thought of moving out, myself, with my two daughters, to get away from her and selling or leasing the home to someone else, to force her to move away....my question is, can I get her out by selling or leasing my home to someone else ? If I move out before she knows my plan, she can not threaten me with false police reports, if I am not residing with her. Once the girls and I are out, I want to try to force her out of my house, even if the law says I must provide her with an apartment ,or something like that. Can you tell me what the family law in PA state states as options ? Thank you.

Yes there's a possibility you can gain exclusive possession of your home. However, that would be part of a divorce action. You are going to get a flesh and blood lawyer.
