Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have owned a house with a man i am not married to for the last 15 years and I want to end the relationship and get out of the mortgage.What are my options

Not thinking of any good ones. One big question is what happens to the house? Do you sell it, pay off the mortgage and split the profits? Does one party buy out the other and refinance?
