Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

PA divorce

My husband was killed by a drunk driver. 1 yr later I dated a man who was abusive and ended up in jail. He then became a Christian so I married him in prison. I know it was a mistake and want to divorce him but he is contesting it. Can it be annulled?
