Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

PA Divorce Process

My husband and I have been separated since June 1998; I have recently relocated to Arkansas. He has now filed for divorce in Pennsylvania and I have received notice of this filing. There are no 'terms' to be hammered out - no real or personal property, children, assets, alimony. The only request is that I return to using my maiden name and I am asking for this. After signing and returning the notice of service, what happens?

The easiest way to take back your maiden name is to file a petition within the divorce filing to do so. It is a short document that a lawyer should be able to produce for under $200. I offer free consultations.
