Can a paralegal from Tennessee draft up custody papers for a parent in the state of Pennsylvania? Is this even legal?

Sure they can. The question will they be any good? If the filing was after January 6, 2018 they're wrong. I haven't looked t them and I know who ever filed them screwed it up. Why because after January 6 the courts have new rules on privacy. Violate them you can be sanctioned. I went against an opposing party who had a Georgia paralegal drsft hos. They were amusing. Georgia uses a different format. Having had a case in Georgia I spotted it right off.
