can one parent leave the state without the others consent..
if there is no custody or visitation established and one of the parents wants to move to another stae and the other parent does not agree because they will not be able to see the kids and i want to know what legal grounds the parents have and how can the parent that dissagrees with it stop them??

If you do not get a custody order the other party can move out of state with the children and file there and have that court take jurisdiction. I offer free consultations.

You will need to consult with an attorney in your county. Normally if one parent disagrees with the move the court will need to decide if it is in the chidrens best interest. You need to get this in front of the court.
