Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
A parent is paying child support to a parent every month, 12 monthes a year. The child lives with one parent for 6 consecutive monthes each year (November thru April). Is the parent (who pays the child support) required to pay the other parent child support for the monthes the child lives with the paying parent?

No but the amount of child support should be adjusted to reflect the additional amount of time the child spends with the parent paying support. If a child spends more than 40% with the parent paying child support then that parent is entitled to a reduction in child support.
