Parent/Child Bedroom Sharing in PA
Is there any specific law against a mother and child living in a 1 br apartment in PA? The child in question is 11.

First question would be what is the sex of the child? Second question would be what would be the position of the father on this?
There is not a statute I'm aware of that regulates this. Whether its a problem depends on if either the father objects or if Children & Youth were to investigate you.
