if my parents gave me 25 acres a year before I got married and now my husband and I are divorcing, is he entitled to half of it?

Something gifted to a specific spouse and property acquired prior to marriage are not marital property. However, the increase in value of the property could be considered marital property. PA does not use a 50/50 split for distribution of assets. The court considers a number of factors. It could be 50/50 or could be something completely different.
