Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

both parents have 50 percent of the custody, can mother get full custody just because she wants to? the father is very involved with the kids, she changes jobs alot and we've had them alot in the last 2years. now she is pregnant and wants more money and wants the kids full time. can she just take full custody because she is the mother?

Absolutely No. Court will see the best interest of the child and i dont think it is so

For mother to change custody she would have to show by a preponderance of the evidence it would be in the best interest of the child that custody should be changed. It would not be easy for her to do that.
