I wan't to find out if I am the biological father of a four

year old child. The mother was mairred at the time she got

pregnet and didn't have a DNA test. I have reason to believe

Children of a marriage are pressumed to be the husband's. The only way you would be entitled to a test is if the birth certificate did not list the husband as the father. You can obviously ask her discretely if she would allow it for your own peace of mind, but you probably can't get a court order to test.
