Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

paternity fraud obstruction of justice

In regards to a fraudulent paternity test. The results of paternity tests have altered to present me as the father of two children. There is a conspiracy to prevent me from obtaining discovery that would allow me to prove this fraud. Would I have and option to present this infromation to a District attorney to handle. I am up against and organized effort to deny me the proof I need.

You can petition the court to allow you to obtain information to determine if the test was fraudulent.
