Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I pay my husband 200 a month for a car. I missed last month, and he locked the car up and I haven't driven it since then. I have been paying him since May of last year. He keeps saying that the car needs work, but I think its just a ploy to keep me from driving it. What are my rights.

Why are you paying 200 a month for the car? are you separated living together there is insufficient information. if you are separated and having marriage difficulties I suggest you consult with an attorney to advise you as to your particular situation.
