If I am paying child support, can I not only fight to get shared physical and shared legal custody of my son, but will I win as-well?

I cannot speculate whther you you would win shared custody based on the limited information provided. It would not be automatic because you are paying child support. Most orders do provide shared legal custody. Please contact me to discuss for a free consultation.
