Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

payment

Approximately 5 years ago, I had a remaining mortgage of $15,000. My daughter wanted to buy a house and her boyfriend had a ton of bills in credit which they had to pay in full before they could purchase the home. I mortgaged my house for $65,000, $15,000 to pay off the original loan, I had $5,000 in credit which they had to pay off first, and then approx. $5000 in fees. I was Fed Ex a check for $41,000 which I signed, and turned over to my daughter. We had a fight in May (08) and she has stopped paying her share of my mortgage. The mortgage is ONLY in my name. She pays $350 and I pay the difference. Do I have ANY legal recourse available to me to get my money back????

Re: payment

Do you have any written agreement she is to pay her part of the debt? Failing that if you could show where she wrote you checks to pay the mortgage that would be evidence.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
