Payments during separation

I have been separated for over 2 years from my wife. In my opion she is dragging her feet in our divorce. I am currently making weekly payments to her of what i was told is the state required amount. If i do not have a court order or any signed documents telling me i need to pay this. Can i stop payments to her?

You can file for a 2 year separation to move the divorce process forward. With regard to the other question, you need to consult with an attorney and explain the entire situation to that attorney.
