Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
i have a pending custody case scheduled for dec. i originally had full custody, but my ex is suing me for visitation, partial custody, whatever. i have tried several times for 2 weeks to reach my lawyer & not getting responses. I am moving to a better neighborhood about an hour away & within same state of PA. Would this be an issue?

It would be best if you continued to try to get ahold of your current attorney. Our ethical rules prevent us from advising a party that has an attorney, plus, without knowing more information it would be hard to say whether this would be in your best interest or not.
If phone calls have been unsuccessful, maybe trying an email will result in a quicker response.
