Can a common law marriage that began in Pennsylvania end through a divorce in another state?

No specific document are required to be married at common law. It's a matter of exchanged words and they must have been exchanged before January 1, 2005. If the other state recognizes the marriage then the common law marriage can be ended in the other state.
