Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
In Pennsylvania Mom and dad of three minors separated and beginning divorce. Presently have shared custody as per written agreement. Dad moved out in Oct. Male first cousin has been staying with them since Aug. Mom and her first cousin have begun dating. Children are loved and well cared for, clean and fed. one is in kindergarten. Children don't have any more problems than any other children whose parents are divorcing.Dad found out about dating and says they continue, he will bring police and children and youth and seize the children from the home, and put mom in jail. Can he legally do this?

He can file a complaint with the police. He can also call child line. How far he will get with child line probably not very. I check the incest statute it doesn't mention cousins.
