In Pennsylvania, if one spouse inherits insurance proceeds while married, is the other spouse entitled to any part of it if they later divorce?

Inheritance is excluded from marital property. However, to assure all the inheritance is recognized, it should be kept apart from marital assets as commingling may defeat any such claim.
