Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

pension

I was married for 16 years and he recently died. My question is am I able to collect on his pension.

On our property distribution agreement all has been done and over with, the last thing says

'' The parties further agree that if it becomes necessary from time to time to sign documents to transfer goods that may be in both names such as automobiles, bank accounts or securities they will be in keeping with the terms of this agreement and will be done without either party be required to reimburse the other except as specified herein.''

Re: pension

What does it say in your property settlement agreement regarding pension? Do you waive the right to receive each other's pension. You may or may not have a right to his pension you should contact an attorney for an opinion by showing your agreement. If you are located near my office feel free to schedule an appointment
