perental concent to leave country?

Does a 16 yr old need a concent form to leave the counrty for vaccation from father? she lives with mother and has shared custody.

How long would it take him to stop her from going? we leave 6-29-09.

Do you have a custody Order that addresses this? If not he can file a petition for emergency relief. These cases are fact sensitive. More information is needed.
