Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Does a person have to report that he or she is recieveng income from a medical disability inccurred in a divorce proceedings? Can one plead the fifth amendment? Does the HIPPA law apply?

Report to whom? The domestic relations section, yes you do.

No, the fifth amendment only applies to criminal cases.

Probably not you're not a health care provider or health insurer.
