Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

This person has no rights to my daughter he is not on her birth certificate.I have kept her safe for almost 17 yrs now he has found her on facebook stole pics of her off her site. Has tried to run her over two years ago and has had two of his other children found dead in his home. He has paid no child support what so ever. I want to continue to keep her safe what should i do? She wants no contact with him at all.

How do i continue to keep her safe?

Why haven't you called your local District Attorney? You should be able to get hep--Call Your Local Chapter of Women Against Abuse-----

Call your local police Dept AND GO SEE THEM!!
