Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a PFA against my childs father, When I went to get the final order the judge would not put in the PFA who he needs to contact for his visitations. He said he would have to go through the family court. That was 2 years ago, he barley sees my son, and has not gone through the court for his visitation rights. Can I have his rights taken away? He does pay child support when found to be in contempt.

No because then he wouldn't have to pay child support. Which is owed to the child not you.
