Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

PFA Contempt Hearing.

I have a PFA in place. Submitted a Contempt petition as my spouse did not abide by the provisions stated in the PFA. He was to call and have the utilities titled in my name so I could manage the bills. he refused 3 months.

The notice stated this was a ''Rule Returnable'' hearing. What does this mean? May I bring up any other issues here or must I file separate petitions?

Re: PFA Contempt Hearing.

Do you have an order from the court that provides for another date? Most likely you do. I advise you to contact an attorney so that you may be represented in your matter. Especially since your spouse is not cooperative. I provide free initial consultations. Call me to schedule an appointment at 2155920780.
