Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

can i get a pfa on my ex wifes boyfriend everytime i call to talk to my children its always cursing and arguing with him just to talk to my kids i tell my oldest daughter to call and he is the one that calls,his crimanal record is 3 pages long mostly disorderly conduct and public intoxications with a drug arrest

No but you can raise his criminal background as an issue in custody. Also if he interferes with you contact with you children that's an issue for custody court as well.
