Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I need to know if Philadelphia Family Court and Philadelphia Criminal Court are aware of each others files ? I currently have a PFA hearing against me and I also have an upcoming Criminal case against the Plaintiff in the same matter. I am worried that she will lie in courtand try and retaliate because I filed criminal charges against her for an unrelated matter.
