I was wondering what is the names of any laws involving posting a picture of a child online, especially since there is a stipulation in a custody agreament that this person have no contact with the child.

The issue is do the pictures violate the custody agreement?

As to what statutes such a posting might violate I cant think of any. There may be case law on the issue but it would be fairly new case law.
