Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Planning for a divorce

I am in the beginning stages of planning to ask for a divorce. I have 3 questions.

1. I want to know if I can change the locks after I ask him to leave? The house was purchased while we were married, however he ''Quit-Claimed'' it to me. 2. Because it was ''Quit-claimed'' to me he has no rights to the house correct? 3. If I liquidate one of my IRA's before I ask him for the divorce, does he have rights to the funds?
