Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

polygamy

I was ''married'' June of 2001, my husbands divorce form his first wife was not officially over until two weeks after our wedding. No we have a son, and I want a ''divorce''. Can I get an annulment? Do I have to do anything at all? And what about our son?

Re: polygamy

Under Pennsylvania law even though the marriage was entered into before his divorce became final if after his divorce became final you continued to live together as husband and wife in good faith on the part of one of them then you are legally married.

Given that you're in Hawaii that's where you would file for a divorce.

As for your son assuming he was born after the divorce he's a child of your marriage.
