Postnuptual agreement

I am intereste in your postnuptual agreement. Will this have to be notarized? I assume witneesses would help.

I am not familiar with the form since we (as lawyers) don't see what you might , but in general I tell people to beware of prepackaged forms as they are not specific to your situation. You may be better suited to have an attorney draft you one for a few hundred dolars and be on the safe side.
