Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

pre hearing requirements

I have been notified of a pre hearing conference prior to meeting with a divorce master. I must file a complete Pre- Hearing Memorandum and an Inventory one week prior to the Conference. What are they and what information must be included in them? Can information be introduced at the actual hearing if it is not in this Pre-Hearing paperwork? I will have to prepare and file these myself as I cannot afford legal representation. Thank you for your consideration.

Re: pre hearing requirements

These are important forms may effect the division of your property and the awards of child support, spousal support, etc. If you can't afford an attorney, you ought to contact the legal aid office for your county to see if you qualify for free legal assistance.
