Pre nup
If we are getting married in the state of Maryland, but reside in Pennsylvania, should the pre nup form read Maryland or Pa?

It will probably be easier if you get the prenup in Pennsylvania. As residents of Pennsylvania that would be where a divorce action would be filed and most likely where you would want it enforced.
