Pre-divorce housing

I am searching for an attorney as a first step in filing for a divorce. In the meantime, I want my husband to move out of our home and he refuses. Is there any way I can force him to vacate our home?

I need more information regarding your divorce. Does your husband agree to the divorce? Are you employed? Are there children? Were do live? Has there been abuse, mental or physical? There are many questions that need to be answered so an attorney may properly advise you.
