Re: can a prenup be sighned after marriage?

The number one thing is your physical safety. You may be entitled to a protection from abuse (PFA) order. A PFA can allow you to remain in the residence and even require him to pay the rent or mortgage payment. A prenup cannot be signed after the marriage. His attempts to force you are improper. You should speak to a lawyer as soon as possible. I offer free consultations.
