Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex presently lives 45 min away. I see my daughter every other weekend and ever other wed overnight and am very present in her life attending as many activities of hers as I can. She is also very close with my family and my wife's family and sees them on a regular basis. They, too, attend many of her events. My wife and I also have a 5 month old son. My ex has gotten pregnant, unmarried again, and now would like to move my child to NC to be with the father of this unborn baby...with the intent to marry him (she lives in Delaware County Pa presently). He is a wealthy heart surgeon and cannot move from where he is....he is from here though, as well, and only moved down there last July. His three grown daughters and his extended family are here, as well as my ex's family. What are the chances she will be allowed to relocate?

It's not going to be easy for her. That said it's best you retain a lawyer. The opposing party will.
