Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have primary custody in a existing case for my 2 year old daughter but the father has joint custody as well. I don't know where to start but I'm dealing with a very bitter vendictive person. I'm concerned that my daughter is being neglected and is at danger. Besides the total disregard for the rules of the order, the father has brought her back (3 of his past weekends in a row) soaking wet through her clothing because he's not changing her diaper, mind you its winter. Also, I confronted him just yesterday about smelling strong alcohol on him after he drove to drop my daughter off, and he got defensive and sped off (he had another child in the car as well). I'm really sceptical about the court system because when the order was originally put in front of a judge she didn't take anything I had to say into consideration... I told her he partied a lot at home (she just put on the order, no partying when you have the child).... I mentioned how he has brought her back pissy wet she said.... HE LOOKS LIKE A WELL POLISHED MAN, I'M SURE IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN. This man has seriously put me through hell and he keeps using the courts and my child as revenge. I don't like drama but he loves it and he uses that against me. I don't know what to do next for my childs sake.
