Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

? on primary custody

My x is refusing me to see or talk to my children for over a month. This is all because I didn't play by my X's rules. I told my daughter no she can't go to Tennessee for her batoon competition because she is failing 2 subjects and the rest are D's. I told her her school comes first. My X blew up and said she's going no matter what. She also said I can't see or phone my kids anymore. I have a court order for every other weekend. My X also leaves me nasty messages on my cell. Ive started a paper trail as soon as she said i can't see them. What can the law do to enforce the court order? I would like full custody of my kids. Would this be enough grounds to stand on? I live in Pa.

Re: ? on primary custody

You could file for contempt of custody to enforce the current order. As for getting primary custody, the fact of the grades might convince a court your duaghter would be better off with you. I offer free consultations.
