Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

we want primary physical custody

My boyfriend divorced his wife about 5 years ago. She has primary physical custody and they have joint legal custody. Both of their daughters ages 9 and 12 want to live with their father, but are afraid of what their mother will do. There has been verbal and physical abuse from their mother and her husband, but no real evidence. She has been investigated for abuse before, but it was ''unfounded''. We want to get primary physical custody of both girls, but we are not sure how to do it. What are our chances of winning our case? Thank you.

Re: we want primary physical custody

The fact that the children want to change custody is helpful. However, the burden to so its in the best interest of the children to change custody is quite a bit higher.

Without reviewing all the facts no one can say what your chances of success are.
