Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Privacy

I have 2 son's both with different father's. The oldest son's father like's to be all in my business about everything. Hack's my PC and cellphone because that's what he does for a living for the government. I have no privacy and putting more stress in my life knowing I am being watched. Can I put a restraining order on both them to leave me and the children alone? They pay childsupport but no custody set.

Re: Privacy

It would be a good idea to get custody orders in place. Otherwise there is no way to do anything in case one of the fathers decides he wants the child to live with him.

As for the hacking and such you could ask for a protection from abuse order.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
